All event concepts, designs, and planning materials created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use these materials for their specific event only.

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.
